Yosemite Waterfall Sumie

This was painted by Polish artist Mariusz Szmerdt. It is his vision of a photograph of a waterfall in Yosemite National Park. I am taking this to the Golden State Bonsai Federation this week, and intended to sell that there, but think it will be difficult because of the large tree in the painting creating redundancy in display.

The scroll is made with a Benberugu cloth, a shitan jikusaki and an Usukincha hanging string. The reason I ultimately selected this cloth was to help subtely accentuate the vertical lines of the cliff and falls. Dimensions are posted as follows:
Name in Kanji Name in English Size in Bun Size in Inches
Ten 123 14.67
紙本の幅さ Artwork Width 126 15.03
