This kakejiku was commissioned as a gift. The customer wanted us to write the Way of Logic. We translated it as Ronridou. It was made in the three step style. The Red/Rose color cloths complement well with the khaki ten/chi.

Wallscroll Birthday Gift
This is a scroll commissioned for a customer back East. The scroll reads Kin Iro Eikoku...Golden Britain may be the easiest translation. It was made with a khaki cotton, the gold Ichimonji, a Rosewood Jikusaki and the Kodai Saniro Hanging string. It is written in the Gyousho (Semi-Cursive) Style by Yoshimi Maples.

This is the writing Renshu 練習 in Japanese, which means Practice. The person is an avid golfer, and I wanted to provide something for him to remember about his game.
The silk is a pure silk, and this scroll is in a Maru Hyougu style. The jikusaki is plastic, and the hanging string is Light Gold.
